SPC flooring adopts click-lock floating installation without adhesive, and can be laid directly on flat and dry ground. Before construction, clean debris on the subfloor and check flatness. Leveling is required if the height difference exceeds 2mm per 2 meters. The moisture content of the subfloor must meet requirements. Flat existing surfaces such as tiles and old wood flooring can be directly used as the base.

Start installation from the upper left corner of the room. Leave an expansion gap of 8–10mm to accommodate thermal expansion and contraction. Place the first plank, engage the short side of the second plank first, then gently press the long-side click lock. A "click" sound means the lock is fully engaged. Finish cutting after laying each row and proceed sequentially. Cut planks as needed for doorways and pipes.

After laying, install skirting boards to cover expansion gaps and protect the floor edges. The floor can be used immediately after installation with no curing waiting time. Uneven subfloor and insufficient expansion gaps are main causes of future warping and gaps. Transition strips are required for large areas.
